Biggest Loser

So I started watching Biggest Loser recently because I was reminded by a teacher at my school at how good it was to watch.  I see these people who have lived their lives obese or had become obese because of circumstances in their life.  Now, I'm not considered obese for my height, but I'm not at the healthiest weight I could be or that I even want to be.  Every time I've started working out or being healthier, something happens that makes me discontinue my routine.

I've been doing a lot of thinking about what I want in my life and how I want life to turn out.  One of the things that I really want to change in my life, is being disciplined. In all areas of my life.  I might be able to be disciplined for a little bit in some areas, but I haven't been able to be disciplined all the time in one area of my life...so how can I be disciplined in all areas?

I'm going to start one thing at a time...well, two things. Reading the Bible daily (which I'm pretty much doing, but still not as steadily as I would like) and working out daily.
My plan starting the night of November 29, 2009 is to have my lunch made, my outfit picked out for the next day, have the Leslie Sansone dvd put in the X-Box, and my work-out clothes ready.  Then on the 30th wake up at 5:55 am and work out for 30 minutes, get ready, and read the Good Book with my husband...leaving the house by 7:15 am.

Well, now that you have read this...I guess it means I'm accountable to you, too. lol
I'm hoping to change a lot of things in life, that this journey to be more dedicated will be an awesome one.
