"The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears her down."- Proverbs 14:1
Those are hard words to swallow sometimes. It reminds me that I have so much influence in my home even though we don't have children, I have a husband and what happens now will effect the way our family functions later.  I definitely want to be a wise woman who builds her house up and brings her family up to the next level.
The Proverbs 31 woman is a high standard to live up to and I hope that I can do it.  I really have a hard time relying only on God sometimes.  It just seems easier to rely on my own knowledge, strength, and abilities.  It isn't.  My life is so much harder when I don't give God everything including my house, school, family, and work. Proverbs has so many wise words that I continually try to apply to my life. What about you? What wisdom are you applying to your life?
