We reached our goal, plus. Our goal was $120 by December 16th and we have given 222 (to be 225). We stopped eating out planning on giving that money to the STL, along with our personal fund money from our budget.
The money we gave was $30 from selling books at Redeemed Music & Books, then $45 that Ben had gotten playing at a youth camp (we had no idea it was coming), & then Ben was given a bass and sold his own for $150, which we gave to STL (we owe 3 still). When I think about it...I'm just amazed...I thought that we would barely reach our goal, but instead God enabled us to go above our goal.
Thank you God for showing us your provision and how you will out give us not to us, but to YOUR cause. :) You gave a challenge and helped us to rise above that challenge!
