Psalm Monday

I'm trying something new, to read the Psalm click on the link:
Psalm 13
How timely this Psalm is right now in my life. Yes, there are exciting times ahead, but right now there are a couple of bleak areas in which I wonder when God is going to come through on the promises in His word. I will make the choice everyday to do verses 5 and 6. To do what James 1:6 says, "But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind."
Psalm 14
So sad to think that we can be so consumed by the world and worldly things that we choose to forget the wonderful creator. We must remember where our salvation comes from. Always.
Psalm 15
One of the youth pastors once told his youth group and youth leaders that verses 2 through 5 is a great prayer to pray for obedience to God. Asking God to help you stay on the right path and walk with Him.
Psalm 16
Verse 8 reassures my heart about God's guidance in my life. If I choose to follow Him, He leads me on similar to what Psalm 15 reminds us of. Verse 4 gives us indication of the consequences of running after "more important things."

At camp while the putting the students to sleep, I've switched from reading Leviticus to reading 4-5 Psalms to them, then of course praying for 10 minutes, but it has helped me relax at night and hopefully them as well.
What are your thoughts on the Psalms above?
