Psalm Monday #8

Psalm 23
A very popular psalm that is well known by the world.  The psalm shows the change from having religion to having a relationship with God.  In verse four it changes from he to you, going from a distant knowledge of God to a close relationship with God.  It's a good question to ask ourselves, "When did what I know about God change from knowledge to an actual relationship?"
Psalm 24
Why worry when everything is God's? He is Lord over it all. The Lord owns all & controls all.  Who can have a good relationship with the Lord? Those who earnestly seek him and a righteous life.  Those people will receive a blessing from God and God will do great things in their life. How wonderful...
Psalm 25
If we make God Lord of our lives, allow Him to guide us in everything even when it means completely giving up control.  Verse 12: "Who, then, are those who fear the Lord? He will instruct them in the ways they should choose."  When we fear the Lord, He will instruct us in the way that God has planned for us.  God's way is the best way, but if we don't seek Him, we won't follow that path, therefore; we won't have the best. (Disclaimer: doesn't mean that life will perfect or easy).
