Psalm 35
A prayer for justice. A prayer to end evil. A prayer for righteousness to conquer all. A prayer that puts vengeance in God's hands. Do we pray against evil? Do let God handle justice? Or are we quick to come up with our own solutions and ways of getting back?
Psalm 36
We see a glimpse of an evil heart then a description of God's love and care for those who follow Him wholeheartedly. Do we recognize what God does for us? Do we give Him credit where credit is due?
Our personal desire for justice can be overwhelming. It can cloud our vision and we'll forget that God will take care of us. These psalms reminds us that every injustice is seen by God and everyone will be brought to justice.
Thanks Vanessa, always good to remember God will take care of me, and those around me, I just need to let go and let God.
